Ice Cream Bars-any flavor
Mini cookies, fruit or nuts for garnish
Using a 9x13 cake pan, spread a layer of Cool Whip.
Make a layer of Ice Cream Bars, cutting them if necessary to fit
Spread a second layer of Cool Whip
Add a second layer of Ice Cream Bars
Top with remaining Cool Whip and garnish with cookies, fruit or nuts.
Cover carefully with foil and put into the freezer.
This may be made several days in advance. Remove from the freezer 20-30 minutes before serving. Cut in squares and serve.
Makes 12-15 servings
