Meijer Gardens features Christmas traditions | News
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WZZM) -- The holiday lights are going up on trees and homes across West Michigan.
This year, Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park has new additions to its annual display. As part of its 20th anniversary, more than 40 trees with special ornaments and decorations line the halls for the "Christmas Traditions from Around the World" exhibit.
Each tree represents a different country, from Russia to Finland and Switzerland.
In addition, the gardens unveiled five new landmarks on its "Railway Gardens" exhibit, representing Grand Rapids' five sister cities.
