2 c. Heavy Cream

1 c. Mascarpone Cheese

1 c. fresh Goat Cheese

½ c. crumbled Blue Cheese

1 teaspoon Black Pepper

1 Tablespoon chopped Fresh Rosemary

1# Penne Pasta

1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

1 # shredded cooked Chicken

8 oz. frozen  Peas - thawed

½ c. Parmesan Cheese

1 c. fresh Bread Crumbs

In a saucepan combine cream, cheese, goat & blue cheese, pepper and rosemary. Heat until cheeses are melted and the sauce is creamy. Keep warm until ready to mix with pasta.

Cook pasta with 1 Tablespoon of salt until al dente. Drain & let dry for about 2 minutes.

Toss pasta with sauce, chicken, peas, 1 teaspoons of salt and mix well. Pour into a baking dish, top with Parmesan Cheese and bread crumbs and bake @ 350 uncovered for 20 minutes until crumbs begin to brown.
